We have a local bakery that makes these, but the cookie part does not have the citrus accent although they are particularly light and melt in your mouth. I am intrigued by this citrus accent, which may lead to needing to actually bake myselfll. Any suggestions for the edges if you are making these for non-coconut lovers?
